  • Consultation – We connect by phone or in person to discuss your vision.

  • Personal Proposal – I create a visual, itemized plan with clear pricing.

  • Booking – A retainer and contract secure your date.

  • Design Meetings – We refine details as needed.

  • Final Planning (3–6 Weeks Out) – We confirm selections and logistics. Your balance is due, and your flowers are sourced and prepped with care—so they’re at their absolute best when it’s time to shine.

Why do we start with a phone call?

A quick call ensures I understand your style, budget, and vision—so every detail is tailored to you.

Can I adjust my order after booking?

Yes! You can refine designs and reallocate your budget up to 3–6 weeks before your wedding, as long as you meet the minimum. Your retainer secures your date but doesn’t lock you into a specific design.

How does this work?

A simple way to get stunning florals, without the full-service design process. You tell me what you need, and I’ll create florals to complement your event.

What’s included?

  • Initial Design Call – A quick consult to confirm your goals and vision.

  • Final Check-In – Optional, if needed.

  • Floral Arrangements – Thoughtfully designed to enhance your celebration.

  • Delivery + Light Setup – When possible, I'll place florals on tables and add simple sprays to signs/arches.

  • Floral Vessels – Included with your arrangements—yours to keep!

What’s not included?

No rentals (such as arches, candle holders and vases), event breakdowns, or large floral installations.

How is this different from full service?

Full service includes extensive design collaboration, full installation, and multiple meetings. Intimate Weddings offer stunning florals with a simplified process.

How does it work?

  • Choose your floral need and quantities.

  • Receive a custom quote.

  • Pay in full to confirm your order.

  • Optional check-in call 1–2 weeks before your event.

  • Your florals arrive beautifully arranged and event-ready.

Can I adjust my order after placing it?

Minor adjustments—like reallocating funds from one item to another—may be possible, but once your order is placed, the design is finalized.

How does delivery work?

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on your chosen date, Monday-Friday (we do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday)

Need a specific time window? Let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Can I pick up my order?

This service is delivery only.

Why designer’s choice?

I select the freshest seasonal blooms each day from distributors—so every arrangement is exceptional.


Can I request a custom order?

This service focuses on curated, seasonal designs. We are a boutique floral studio and do not carry extensive inventory on hand as a traditional flower shop does. Trust our artistic team and our designer’s choice model, we won’t disappoint!

How far in advance should I order?

Planning ahead ensures the best selection! Please order at least 48 hours in advance so I can source the freshest flowers just for you.
